Hump Day

Well it's HUMP DAY!  Almost made it through the week.  Things have gone ok so far this week.  I have been really slack with eating my five small daily meals.  This past weekend was the  best weekend imaginable!  My daughter was with her Auntie and Mommy and Daddy got to spend some much needed QT together.  With that said though, I didn't do all that great with the eating.  We went to the movies and I ate soooo much popcorn until it was unreal.  But I've been back on track this week.  I have to go back to the doctor next week to see how much weight I've lost.  I'm hoping to have great results so I'm trying to behave as much as possible.  I have noticed that my clothes are getting to be way too big in the waist so thats a great thing.  If I could lose some of these POWER thighs I would really be rating though!!

Good for you!

It is always good to spend QT with the hubby.  We like to go to the movies too.  I have had to rethink my movie snacking though.  It is tough when you have always done something and now you need to change it.  Then again, you have been doing so well, there is nothing wrong with splurging on some popcorn at a movie. 

Glad to hear your pants are getting too big.  Mine are rediculously large in most places, but the next size down is still a little too snug around the waist to be comfortable all the time.  They fit everywhere else though.  How annoying.

It's all good

Don't worry about the popcorn it's ok,remember it took us a long time to put this weight on and one day is not going to hurt us if we have a treat.Just don't make it a habit and it should be fine.You have already lost 11 pounds ,thats great.It's great to have QT time as well because thats so hard for us to do at times.Keep the postive attitude and stay focused.
