Ive just written all of this and then it disappeared. Humph.
I havnt been doing ww this week, with James away I havnt really been bothered to cook, but in spite of a chinese, indian, pie, and toffee crisp ive still lost a lb so cant really complain.
Managed to get to the gym last night for a good hours worth, and should hopefully get again today assuming Nicholas settles ok at nursery (First day)

For one reason or another the diet just hasnt happened recently. What with holidays and not being able to access the internet things havnt gone well at all.
I started back at the gym earlier the week, and back on WW as of yesterday as now the internet seems to be working I can track again, yay.
I really need to get my arse in gear though if im to meet this target of christmas. I worked out yesterday that I have 18 weeks (!!) to go, and 38lb so I need to lose 2.1lb a week every week. Eek.
Im not convinced it can be done to be honest but I shall give it a bloody good go.
I want to goto the gym and its piddling down, will have to wait until later and see if it stops. Have eaten properly the last couple of days but didnt make it to the gym last night as dinner wasnt finished til 9ish
Weighed at 12 7.5 this morning which is pretty good, just need to keep it up if im to meet this mini goal of 9lb by August, There is a second tracker option on here but I cant get it to show at the bottom. It says I am 4lb/9lb there.
Will also try and get the daily logs going again, although I forgot my pedometer today, lol.

I totally splurged on dinner last night, it was soo yummy lol. I think its good to have a meal off every now and then and as I had been on best behaviour for over 2 weeks I thoroughly enjoyed it.

& 25 mins exercise dvd
= 45 mins Cardio = 5.5 Activity Points
I only had 2 hours sleep last night, so have spent the whole day walking around like a zombie. Didnt manage much at the gym today as ran out of time, which wasnt a tragedy as it was far far too hot in there. Tried the Natalie Cassidy dvd tonight, I can more than handle the exercise aspect of it but all the complicated moves left me a little dizzy. I shall try it again next week. Am off to bed shortly.. must try to catch up on some sleep!!

Average day, was nice not to goto the gym but found myself getting quite cranky without having done any exercise so went for a big walk after tea. Managed to go on the eyetoy without hurting myself so thats a bonus.
I have just added a load of workout dvds to my lovefilm list to do on my days off from the gym. Am pretty excited about them. Looking forward to tomorrow too, 17point days are rubbish!!

Ive had a fairly good day, lunch was brilliant.. I miss proper bread! I tried the interval programme on the bike today, was very hard work compared to normal so all good! Im very conscious of not getting stuck in an exercise rutt. Not looking forward to 17 point day tomorrow, soup here I come. It will be nice to have a day off the gym though.. im tired!!And on that note, im off to bed.. bye!!
