That weekend of space?
Gone! Because Ian is off sick he will need to work that weekend. So not only will I not get my weekend alone.. he won't be around to help entertain his Mum!

...is that he's getting that pre-wedding sickness out of they way! You better either get sick yourself or stay far, far away from him and dope yourself up full of Vitamin C, etc!!! My husband got sick on the plane on the way to our honeymoon. I spent the first 3 days of our honeymoon cruise alone!!! Because I wasn't about to be held up in the cabin! And then guess what? I got sick for the second half when he felt better! However, I didn't let it stop me from having a great time! I barely gave into it but for maybe one day. Its common to get sick from all the pre-wedding stress! I sure hope you guys are both extremely healthy for your wedding and honeymoon!
But I do understand how you feel about losing your free space! Ugh.

I'm so sorry to hear that!! But you know what? I think you are getting too worried about entertaining. It's your wedding after all and if there is any time that you need your own time, it's now.
I'm sure you're mil will understand if you, say, book yourself for a manicure-pedicure and facial in preparation
- or maybe she'd want to join you? There's a lot of time used up already!!
I'm so sorry to hear that you are under so much stress right now.
I hope you will think of something that will allow you to have some free time for yourself.
Maybe a walk alone will help relieve the stress. Maybe you could go out to see a good chick flick and invite MIL. Maybe you could say you have a dress fitting and just go off on your own for a little while. Do some deep breathing while alone in the bathroom, or bedroom. Do something that will help you get through this stressful time. It will pass!
