Challenge Withdrawal :(
I am sorry, but my osteopath has banned me from even unnecessary walking.
I am allowed to do my dance lessons (mainly because he knew I was going to anyway!) and gentle stretches. For at least the next 2 weeks.
I am to take ibuprofen for 3-4 days to reduce the inflammation (I refused anything stonger).
But beside all of that, I will do whatever is required to NOT limp down the aisle! And sadly right now that means dropping out of the challenge.
Sorry Judy!
BUT I promise I will still encourage the other challengers!!

Take care of you!
More importantly than "participating" in a challenge, you have to take care of you. Forever. I agree 100% - cheer us on - good golley Fiona, you are a GREAT cheerleader for all of us!! We totally understand.
(( HUGS )) and I hope that inflammation goes down soon so the discomfort will get better. Are doing ice (or heat)? I can never remember which is best when.
Hope you have a great wekend with fiance and mom/fmil :O)

Oh, Fiona --- I Understand!
Of course! The most important thing is to take care of yourself and to walk down that isle. (And to dance at your reception! Ha-ha)
I think it's just great that you still want to encourage the others on the challenge!!
Take care, hon!

Makes sense
Of course you want to make sure you are in your best possible state for the big day! Take care of that hip, practice that dancing, and look forward to the wonderful day ahead!

Wedding focus....
It totally makes sense to want to be able to walk and not limp down the aisle!
There's plenty of time to exercise post-wedding ;)
I remember getting so stressed just-prior to ours that I got tonsillitis, it wasn't a great feeling!
So, take your time, simplify your life and take one day at a time ... you'll have a wonderful time!

So Sorry
So sorry to hear about your hip. You take care of it and maybe by the time your wedding is here you will be all better! I think you did a great job with the challenge and you should be proud of all that you did do.

Going to pray a speedy recovery for you and the good thing is your in the Ab challeng

You have to put your health first! At least you will still be able to exercise in the form of dancing. You will be beautiful on your big day!

:(
Hopefully you'll get better soon. Take it easy and don't hurt your self more before the wedding.
I'm happy you joined the ab challenge. Take it easy and get some well needed rest this weekend!
