Chocolate free

I don't track my weight - but I do get on the scales sometimes.  I remember the main numbers but not anything after the '.'

So I think I have lost some weight.  It was 88. and is now 87.  I think. 

Amazing what not eating chocolate does!

This is exciting!!  You are doing *great* with your eating and exercise challenge and I cannot believe the wedding is now so close!!

Your blog is the first I have seen all week and the changes are cool!  I have been hoping EP was working on things causing delays, etc.

Going for it!

I'm so glad that your blog finally came up.  I haven't been able to get to it so maybe things are fixed.  I am so impressed with how you are doing!  I think you have the right attitude about all of this.  You are doing great with exercise and eating but you aren't letting the scale rule your life.  Yes, we need to be grateful for things in our life and enjoy life.  I think that's great you are getting married so soon!

Chocolate

Hey.  I've been eating too much chocolate, plus a LOT of other things, besides!!!!   You seem to be doing a lot better than I am!  I'm glad for you!!!

I hope I can soon get my over-eating under control again.  I plan on fixing some good foods tomorrow.  Keep your fingers crossed for me!

Isn't it funny how the little things like choclate, sodas and so on add up to so much!  Keep it up!  You're not dieting you are making better and healthier choices!

Good for you

Like you, I've made the decision to stop obsessing (although I have got closer to my goal perhaps) - to focus on making healthier choices and being a bit fitter to feel good.  It's amazing how much difference that makes to my attitude, my shape and my weight!
