Doin' Better I think
Alright, well I think today I'm fairin' pretty well. I've eaten lots of small meals today including: a half of a peanut butter and jelly sandwhich, a whole pb&J sandwhich with very little pb & j; and a small bowl of Multi-Bran Chex. I'm going to finish the night with a moderate sized salad, whose taste shouldn't compell me to eat more and more, if I remember correctly from the past.
One day this week I hope to eat hardly anything at all, maybe 2 days, as that will help me loose 3 pounds by the time a week has past since I first started this blog.

how do you do it?
How do you get thru an entire day with very little to eat? I just can't do that! Looks like you have a great start under your belt!

I don't always succeed but ....
... a little can sometimes go a long way
Hi 3mom,
Truth is I don't always succeed. I was alot better at doing that kind of thing before I had my 2 girls. Now I can do it sometimes, and sometimes I can't. I seem to be better sometimes at eating lots of small things [and putting away all the remaining food ingredients so I'm not tempted to eat more than I should] nowadays, then eating nothing at all. Sometimes just eating a small amount will stop my hunger or cravings or whatever, and I can go quite awhile without eating anything else.
But when I was younger, boy could I go whole days with just a glass of juice or something, of course a lot of those times was when I was real depressed, but those are just pointless details.... right? LOL!
