Routine working, I trampolined!
I Did It finally!!! Yeaaaayyyyy!!!! I think this new routine I wrote up yesterday worked! It's allowing me enough sleep, while also allowing me time to myself and time to jump/jog on my trampoline!!! Yaaaayyyyy! So I exercized this morning!!!! Alriggghhhttttt!

Doin' Better I think
Alright, well I think today I'm fairin' pretty well. I've eaten lots of small meals today including: a half of a peanut butter and jelly sandwhich, a whole pb&J sandwhich with very little pb & j; and a small bowl of Multi-Bran Chex. I'm going to finish the night with a moderate sized salad, whose taste shouldn't compell me to eat more and more, if I remember correctly from the past.
One day this week I hope to eat hardly anything at all, maybe 2 days, as that will help me loose 3 pounds by the time a week has past since I first started this blog.

Calibrated Scales?
Ok, so the 196 lbs wieght reading was from my doctor's office's scale, taken about a week and a half ago. And this morning's reading was taken with our personal home scale, which says I'm 186 lbs. So either the scales are not equally calibrated with each other, or I have lost 10 lbs in approx. a week's time. I dare not hope for the latter yet, but still, at least I haven't gained anything since being at the doctor's! ^_^

Sweatdrop!
[To those unfamiliar with japanese animation, a sweatdrop above a character's head is kind of like the equivalent of someone rolling their eyes]
Sweatdrop! Ok, so I've learned that me eating late, and/or eating any kind of healthy cereal that I love, equates to me not wanting it to be gone and eating way too much!
In other words, I ate waaaayyyy to much Special K redberries and Multi-Bran chex cereal just a few minutes ago. So tomorrow, no more of eating late or when I'm real tired, as my control seems to be gone and my cravings for more and more food way up when I am tired.

PPS: Cravings?
I forgot to mention that I'm hungry to eat again right now [3:25pm] and I think I finished eating somewhere around 12:10pm. I'm wondering is it too early for me to eat again? *sighs* I guess if I eat a moderate amount of food, or a small bit of food, that it won't hurt my weight loss efforts...

My First Day
Well this is what I wanted, a free place to keep track of my efforts to loose weight, as well as a place to get and give support to/from others if need be. I really hope this works. I was originally going to start a real diet plan after I had gotten the home settled and unpacked, but gosh knows exactly when that'll be, and I can always use excuses to postpone starting, so why not start now, ya know?
So, for today I have had just one peanut butter and jelly sandwhich, and a moderate glass of orange juice so far. I'll probably eat a meal before mom and I take the girls to the concert tonight, and another meal before I go to bed. Hopefully I can moderate the amount I eat and not want more than I need, which is my real problem: wanting more and more of foods that I love eating.
I also really want to get a routine going that works for me, and that will allow me to put exercizing on my mini-trampoline into my daily schedule. I'm going to have to tweak the one I wrote for myself last night, cause it's really not working I don't think.
