Day 1 Week 2
I was up this morning but I did everything right last week so I'm sure I'll see a loss next week. I hope so, next weigh in is Christmas! My legs hurt all week after my first lower body workout but after my second this morning, they are better.

No worries
The unwelcome visitor ALWAYS brings some extra weight. It stinks since that visitor comes monthly, but it's true. No matter what, you're doing the right thing. OK, so you've been hungry (unwelcome visitor) and you overdid SB bars & grapes -- Now, compare that to what you'd have eaten BEFORE you took control of your eating! I bet you'd not have thought "I ate too many grapes" -- lol!
That's what I do when I've overed, I compare it to what it would have been "before" and that usually puts my new lifestyle in perspective.
