Day 6 week 1
I'm at the end of my first week on Body For Life. I hadn't lost anything as of this morning but I know I'm doing everything right so I will keep going. I chose today as my free day to eat because of a Christmas party this morning. This also allowed me to have cookie crisp for breakfast!! LOL I've been getting up early doing my exerise and I am very proud of myself! Even if I mess up on my eating, I know the exercising doesn't have to "mess up" along with it. My upper body workout was good, the lower body was harder. My legs have been hurting me. I'm ok doing the elliptical but walking up stairs sucks to say the least!! My next lower workout is Monday so I have another day to recover. I figure I'm either really out of shape, did something wrong, or I'm really out of shape!
