Starting anew
Been struggling lately but I think I have found a good plan to get me back on track. I got the book 'Body For Life' and I really like it. The website has all sorts of free recipees so I picked the ones I liked and went grocery shopping. The meals will work for my family also. I love the exercise plan, so much simpler and way less time consuming!! I will have to get my butt out of bed about 30 mins. early in the morning to exercise but then I won't have to worry about it all day!! Plus I get a free day once a week so I won't have to give up everything forever!!
Starting tomorrow, wish me luck!
