Bad weigh in..

Well, I have lots of excuses for this weigh in.  I was  bad in  that I had candy and ate out this week.  Every time I give up  soda I can't control my  eating of sweets.  I seem to forget that because I keep trying once or twice a  year.  I'm back on my Dr. Pepper now so I should be fine from now on.  Will just have a little less of it now.

I've been on my elliptical for 7 days straight so  I'm proud of that.  My uninvited montly  visitor should be here today so that's another possible reason for the gain.  It  WILL come off!

good job working out

Hi there!

Just wanted to compliment you on the working out you have been doing.  That is so important!  Exercise has always been the hardest part for me.

Also, if it is the teek prior to TOM, you are almost certainly retaining fluid.  You should shed more next week to compensate!

Keep up the good work!

No worries. It's a NEW Week!

I truly believe gains & maintains are just a part of the weight loss process. So don't fret, just do the next right thing, especially if you're pre-TOM. Remember, drink your H2O as much as possible & that'll help flush some of the salt from your soda out, but women retain fluid at certain times, and there's not a lot you can really do about it. Instead, FOCUS ON THE POSITIVE!

Your exercise has had me peeking in on the elliptical, but I'm not getting on it yet. I DO have to add a circuit training component b/c I'm not hard enough on myself w/ free weights. I betcha next week we'll see a nice drop from you, and if not, it's just feedback/information, not a judgment of YOU.

Be well & keep up the great work you exercise machine!
