Oh My Gosh! We started losing the exact same day (well, I officially joined WWers on 9/10 after losing some w/ doctor & nutritionist in August.) How come you're so much closer to goal? Hmm, methinks it's that you're just plan SKINNIER than me!
Anyway, keep pumping that elliptical -- RED needs ya! I agree: when I get exercise outta the way early, I feel relieved all day, but I rarely actually DO it. Hope you don't mind, but I've added you as a friend. I'll keep checking back to see how things are going. Be well -- GO RED -- Ella
