Day 1 Week 2

I was up this morning but I did  everything right last week so I'm sure I'll see a loss  next week.  I hope so, next weigh in  is Christmas!  My legs hurt all week after my first lower body workout but after my second this morning, they are  better. 

I'M HUNGRY!!!

I haven't gone overboard but I'm so hungry these past couple days!!!  Overing on South Beach bars and grapes!  lol  Weigh in tomorrow on day 2 of my unwelcome visitor. 

Day 6 week 1

I'm at the end of my first week on Body For Life.  I hadn't lost anything as of this morning but I know I'm doing everything right so I will keep going.  I chose today as my free day to eat because of a Christmas  party this morning.  This also allowed me to have cookie crisp for breakfast!!  LOL   I've been getting up early doing my exerise and I am very proud of myself!  Even if I mess up on  my eating, I know the exercising doesn't have to "mess up" along with it.  My upper body workout was good, the lower body was harder.  My legs have been hurting me.  I'm ok doing the  elliptical but walking up stairs sucks to say the least!!  My next lower workout is Monday so I have another day to recover.  I figure I'm either  really out of shape, did something wrong, or I'm really out of shape! 

Day 2 week 1

Well I am proud to say I got up early again and did my workout.  On the elliptical this time.  I like only having to do 20 minutes!  Yes it's a harder workout but I hate being on that thing for a long time.  Even when you're in shape it's so boaring!!  Tomorrow am I do lower body and abs weight training.  Cooking lower fat has been pretty good, too!  This am I had a ham/egg/cheese muffin.  Yummy!!  Let's see what I can do in the 8 weeks until my birthday!! 

Day one...

Started my Body For Live 12 week challenge today.   Got up 30 minutes early and did my first workout, had my first breakfast.  Not use to cooking 'real' oatmeal so it ididn't turn out as good as it could have. 

Starting anew

Been struggling lately but I think I have found a good plan to get me back on track.  I got the book 'Body For Life' and I really like it.  The website has all sorts of free recipees so I picked the ones I liked and went  grocery shopping.  The  meals  will work for my family also.  I love the exercise plan, so much simpler and way less time consuming!!  I will have to get my butt out of bed about 30 mins. early in the  morning to exercise but then I won't have to worry about it all day!!  Plus I get a free day once a week so I won't have to give up  everything forever!! 

Starting tomorrow, wish me luck!

So Frustrated!!

I'm up to almost where I started!!  I know my period is here so that accounts for some, but   I just cannot seem to control my eating habits when I have my  period.  It's like I'm  a different person trying to sabotage myself.  I'm just so  tired all the time.  Hubby says to go talk to the doctor about how tired I am all the time.  I have and they don't seem to care.  I'm in a different state now so I'll try it once more here and see what they say.  It's not depression, I know that.  I'm already on prozac!!  lol  Geez, I'm writing a book.  Well, here I go into another week.  I commit to this!!  God please help me this week!!

One more day until...

my 10 day elliptical challenge is over.   I almost  skipped a day but was able to talk myself into doing it.  Makes me feel good to know I can do  it.  (Makes my hubby happy to know it's not just a dust collector!) LOL 

Bad weigh in..

Well, I have lots of excuses for this weigh in.  I was  bad in  that I had candy and ate out this week.  Every time I give up  soda I can't control my  eating of sweets.  I seem to forget that because I keep trying once or twice a  year.  I'm back on my Dr. Pepper now so I should be fine from now on.  Will just have a little less of it now. 

I've been on my elliptical for 7 days straight so  I'm proud of that.  My uninvited montly  visitor should be here today so that's another possible reason for the gain.  It  WILL come off!

4 days strong!

Wow, 4 days in a row on the elliptical.  That's pretty good for a girl who before that was on  it  maybe 3 times in the last 7 months!!
