Day Off
My legs ached after the cycle class I decided to join yesterday at the gym, then doing my 30 day shred with Jillian. I decided to take the day off since I can barely walk, taking one day off a week is what I have been told I need to do, working out 7 days a week is not good for you. It feels good to have a day off to just relax.
School next Monday and I promise myself that I will workout 6 days a week. I am going to lose the weight even if it kills me.
People asked me If I lost weight and I have to admit I like hearing it, is that wrong of me to feel that way?
I got another one of Jillian workout dvds, this on is called Last Chance Workout. I plan to use this one on the weekends and days I cannot spend time in the gym. I watched it to make become familiar with it and it looks like I am going to get a good workout from it.
