من ديروز يه برنامه گرفتم برا ورزش گفتم شايد به درد شماها هم بخوره

Triad mill = 15 min roo speed interval. (jog = incline va speed 7, run= incline 0 va speed 9) har 2 daghighe bayad az jog beram ro be speed va bar axe

Cross arms = 15 min aerobic level 2

Step= 5 min manual, level 4-5

Rowing 5 min (bekhatere gardanam man roo level 1 goft) target 400m

و ۵۰ تا دراز نشست! يه چيزی که گفت اينکه اگه می خواهين هفته ای ۲ ساعت ورزش کنين اين ۲ ساعت رو ۲ دفعه بيائيد بيشتر نتيجه ميگيريد!

من خيلی خوشحالم! رفتم ورزش و ۵۷.۳ بودم! ولی هنوز هدفم کم کردن ۵ کيلو هست من ميتونم!
