ديشب باز دختر خوبی بودم و ۱ ساعت رفتم gym!
الان هم تمام tano بدنم درد ميکنه!
من يه مشکلی دارم!
تا بررسم خونه ساعت ۵:۳۰ هست و تا به خودم bejonbamo راه بيافتم برم gym شده ۷-۷:۳۰ و باز تا بيام خونه ميشه ۸- ۸:۳۰، تازه اون موقع بايد شم درست کنم دوش بگيرم و nahare fardaro بذارم، inash مهم نيست! مهم اين که من مجبور ميشم ۹-۱۰ شم بخورم که اين خوب nis اصلا!!
اگه هم بخوام مستقيم از کار برم gym انقدر تنم khastast که هيچی رو کامل انجام نمی دم! حالا benazaretoon چی کار بايد بکنم؟؟

نهار يه toest با kalbasaye weightwatchesrs که ۴ tash ۱/۲ pont درِ و من لای sandwicham ۷ تا پر گذشتم (noonesham weightwatchers) و يه desseresh رو دارم!
شم هم نميدونم
ميوه صبح ۲ تا آلو خوردم و ۱ shalil و porteghal دارم.
يه ghazaei که من اينجا درست ميکنم هم راحت و هم سالم هست اين که، sineh مرغ يا گوشت رو (فايل) tickei خورد ميکنم با piyaz يا piyazche/gharch/ felfel delmei و يه ذره به اندازه يه ghashoghe مربّا خوری کاره رژيمی (نميدونم ايران هست يا نه ولی فقط ۲۳% charvi درِ) يا يه کم roghan zeytoon ميريزم تو mahitabe teflon رو شعله motevast. خودشون باهم آب ميندازن و mipaze آخرش هم sholaro زياد ميکنم که قشنگ bereste بشن، ميذارم لای نون، حالا هر دفعه با يه چيزی ميخوريم، حتی خالی هم من ميخورم!
