پياده روي

خب اين دو روز رو زير باد و بارون و سرما (باورتون نميشه هوا اينجا مثل اكتبر (آبان) ميمونه) رفتم پياده روي كه چسبيد
هيچ كدوم از شماها اسكواش بازي كرده؟؟ من قبلا تنيس بازي ميكردم بعد هوس بدمينتون كردم و ديگه تنيس نشد بازي كنم (براي تنيس از بازو بايد ضربه زد و براي بدمينتون مچ بايد شكسته شه براي ضربه) حالا وير اسكواش دارم چون ظاهرا تحرك زيادي لازم هست واميدوارم به اين روش اين چربيهاي اضافي آب بشن.
