Discouraging week
Hi everyone,
My week started off great, Monday had a awesome workout. Tuesday the weather was really bad here with sleet and snow mix. My friend and I decided to walk the 3 flights of stair to get our workout in, on the 4th round I sprained my left knee. That ended my workouts for the week sending me into stressout mode and started eating everything bad in sight.
Its Friday and 1pound gained, I really need to be careful this weekend. I think this weekend I will start counting my points from the WW program to get me back on track and hopefully the gym will be my friend next week.

Changing for the better.
What a journey I have had since the New year. Working out 3 to 4 times a week and making healthy meal choices have been my main goal. I never thought losing 8lbs would make me feel so different about myself. Making healthy choices to eat has been the hardest thing for me and I think I have owon over the beast of temptation. I met my 1st goal of being below 150 now I need to think of my next goal that is realistic so I don't get discouraged. Thank you for reading my blog and I hope it helps someone else on their weight lose journey.

Holiday eating already
I do not know why I keep buying those fatting treats. When I say I will anly have one it ends up being 2,3 or more. If it is there I eat it. This is it no more treats it is to much of a tempation for me. Also I will be getting the dvd of leslie sansome tonight that was suggested to me. Thank you for your encouragement.
