Almost an entire month...

Cannot believe my bottom has not been on here in almost an entire month. And somehow i wondered off the better foods and absolutely no exercise. But i am getting back on the wagon AGAIN! Man... why do i make this so difficult! Where here I go....wanna get at least 40 lbs off by december. SMALL GOALS.. but that's how i HAVE to do it! see ya real soon!

wowzers!!!

i am so excited that i got two walks in today.. total of 35 mins. would have done longer but one of my feet have been bothering me. so i get a sharp pain while walking every once in a while. makes me stop right in my   track!!!  i am just glad i got my rear in gear!   watched portions today. did have a dark chocolate brownie today though. just a lil bit. not much!  enjoyed my weekend with my family thoroughly!

trying to stay away from the scale for a bit.

weighed myself last week and i was at 314. ugh. gonna weigh again in two weeks. went for a 25 min walk this morning with family. that was wonderful!

ashamed...

it has been way too long from being on here and i have been off track. the fourth brought alot of sweets my way.. ugh... time to shoo them away again!  shooting for a good day today! got a lean cuisine for lunch and one for dinner. planning a walk regardless of weather.

ANOTHER DAY...

WELL I GOT 60 AB LOUNGES IN YESTERDAY.. THAT WAS IT. WATCHED MY CARBS AGAIN. DID PRETTY GOOD AND NOT AS SLEEPY!

BACK AGAIN..

I HAVE BEEN SLACK WITH UPDATING ON HERE.I HAVE DECIDED I WILL ONLY WEIGH IN TWICE A MONTH.. SO I AM PUTTING IT OFF TILL THE END OF THE WEEK. BEEN DOING OK. FATHER'S DAY WAS A LITTLE MORE FOOD THAN I INTENDED. TRYING TO ONLY DO. ONE CARB AT EACH MEAL IF ANY. THEY MAKE ME SLUGGISH! MY HOPE IS TO CHECK BACK IN THIS EVENING~ TTYL

a good one today..

i did have a brownie but i watched out for the other carbs today so i could have that brownie. lol... anyway i did 50 ab lounges and walked 15 minutes with my family. so glad they join in with me! helps mucho! will weigh in tomorrow. ... definitely!!! have a good evening!

SOOO.. I HAD A BROWNIE..

OR AT LEAST HALF A BROWNIE EVERY SINGLE DAY LAST WEEK. SAD, BUT I WILL NOT LET THAT HAPPEN THIS WEEK. I AM SOOO BLOATED AND READY TO LOSE INCHES AND LBS AGAIN. THINK I WILL WORKOUT IN JUST A FEW MINUTES! BACK TO MY ABS AND WALKING THIS WEEK.

WHAT WILL TODAY HOLD?

JUST DID 15 MINS OF AEROBICS ON THE WII. GOING TO PUT IN AT LEAST 20 MINS OF WALKING THIS AFTERNOON. PLANNING FOR SOME HEALTHY FOODS TODAY.  I HAVE LOST 1.1 LBS.  YAY.... AT LEAST SOMETHING! CHECK BACK IN  LATER TODAY!

WHEWW...

WELL.. I FELT BLOATED... TODAY.. HMM... I WONDER WHY??? LOL NEEDLESS TO SAY HERE CAME A BROWNIE RIGHT IN MY MOUTH. I WAS SCREAMING CHOCOLATE! THAT WAS MY MISTAKE FOR THE DAY. I AM NOT GOING TO BEAT MYSELF UP FOR THAT ONE.  FOOD WAS DECENT  TODAY... PORTIONS WERE A LIL MORE THAN WHAT I SHOULD HAVE HAD BUT HEALTHIER FOOD. WENT FOR A 10 MIN WALK AND DID 65 AB LOUNGES!  PRETTY GOOD DAY. I FEEL GREAT!
