Bittersweet! 30 pounds down!!
Well i have not written in a while. I can not believe how far i have come.
30 pounds down! I am still working out at least 4 to 5 days a week for 60 minutes! I just need to add weights now.
My goal is to be a size 6 or size 4 so I will see if i can achieve that.
