Short term goal met!! 20 POUNDS LOST!!!
I am so happy and thrilled. It has been a long 2 months but it has gone by fast. What i have learned that if you are following a certain diet, in my case low carb, you have to stick with it. It is ok to cheat, however then get back on track.
I am only human and yes food is good, but you have to be dedicated to changing ones ways if you want to change your way of life.
To all my friends on here and on the phen forums!! Thank you for just being there and listening.
