Weight is creeping slowly.
Well i weighed myself again today only to find out i have lost another pound.
That is 15 pounds to date since12-27-08. I am happy. I have taken 2 days off from working out because my body has been sore. I have been very tired lately also.
I have working out on the treadmill for 60 minutes 5 days a week. i alternate walking and running. It seems to be doing the job. I am also watching what i eat!! Except for yesterday, i went to my parents house and ate 2 little almond joys!!! Oh well i dont keep candy at my house.
