Bittersweet! 30 pounds down!!

Well i have not written in a while. I can not believe how far i have come.
30 pounds down! I am still working out at least 4 to 5 days a week for 60 minutes! I just need to add weights now.
My goal is to be a size 6 or size 4 so I will see if i can achieve that.

25 pounds down

I cant believe i have come this far!
The scale has been stuck for 3 weeks. Finally down 2 pounds!!
wow. lately i have been up and down on food. But i am back on track now.

Short term goal met!! 20 POUNDS LOST!!!

I am so happy and thrilled. It has been a long 2 months but it has gone by fast. What i have learned that if you are following a certain diet, in my case low carb, you have to stick with it. It is ok to cheat, however then get back on track.
I am only human and yes food is good, but you have to be dedicated to changing ones ways if you want to change your way of life.
To all my friends on here and on the phen forums!! Thank you for just being there and listening.

Another pound down

Well i havent been on for a while. i had the flu last week and couldnt really work out. When i wasnt sick, my 2 year old was and so was my husband. But i am back on track!!
I am down to 154 pounds now! :) i am almost to my prepregnancy weight! I am so happy.

Weight is creeping slowly.

Well i weighed myself again today only to find out i have lost another pound.

That is 15 pounds to date since12-27-08. I am happy. I have taken 2 days off from working out because my body has been sore. I have been very tired lately also.
I have working out on the treadmill for 60 minutes 5 days a week. i alternate walking and running. It seems to be doing the job. I am also watching what i eat!! Except for yesterday, i went to my parents house and ate 2 little almond joys!!! Oh well i dont keep candy at my house.

Yep i have lost 3 lbs. i started doing 60 minutes of cardio and eating better and now its coming off! I am so excited.

A New Day- Any low carbers out there??

 

Well i had to go to the gym early last night because me and the hubby got into an arguement, not so much that but he was just getting on my nerves, so i went to the gym early.
 
i took out my stress and frustration on the poor treadmill.
i feel better today.
Still eating good and trying to follow the low carb plan.
I set my alarm for 4:40 am this morning to get up and do the treadmill but that didnt happen i went back to bed.
I will go to the gym tonight.
Good sign, my pants are baggier!

Breakdown

Well, i officially had a break down yesterday.

I had a bad day yesterday, started out eating bad, wanted to go to the gym but the husband did not want to wake up. then he did wake up and by then i was upset.

anyways i made it during the time of superbowl and the gym was empty which was nice!!

I havent lost a pound and i feel like my workouts are not going so well.

so i hope to start fresh tonight and really put myself into my workouts and work up a sweat.

Friday is my colonoscopy so i hope to get it over with and then i think i wont have so many issues.
Started eating good today!

Well i havent been on for a while.
I think i have been stress eating. Anyways i am back on track.
i have kept up my working out except for sunday and since it was cold last night i just did 40 minutes on my treadmill. I am back to the gym tonight and will work out hard!

Weight Loss Journey

Well i have not lost any more weight.

I cheated on eating 2 days in a row. We went out to eat chinese and it was a new place so i wanted to try their food.

I have still continued to work out. I am currently doing low carb and i am considering changing my diet and try Body for life.

If any one has any input on BFL please let me know. Thanks.
