extra extra read all about it lost 50 lbs so dont doubt it
shredded 2 more lbs today I dont know why but I must be doing something right Im not skimping on my food I ate 5 times today I guess it really must be the phentermine oh well last post I will come back to adjust my weight loss but no more post ! take it easy I hope your weight lost journey is as good as mine peace!!!!!!!!!!!

I am beginning to think my post are a waste of time
I have been on here a few months and noticed that I dont get much feed back or replys to question I might have , so instead of wasting my time I think I will have a few more post and will be done with this site. I noticed that there isnt to much traffic and i could probably find another site that has a littlebit more knowledge or interst than this one. not trying to be rude to anyone just an observation.

Im glad i made the choice to change up my diet
yesturday I talked about dropping lots of weight very fast after stopping my phentermine for over a week then starting again well today is no different 2 more lbs. gone . I know I play alot of Volleyball and weight training but it feels good to see that needle move again. I was able to play 3 games today the wind was real bad so it made it hard to play especialy in deep sand chasing that damn ball all over the place but hey thats what makes me keep pushing when I see that needle drop if your ever curious how much energy output that is some freinds and i were talking and speculating that on a hot summer day you can burn up to 1200 calories in an hour thats alot.
anyway off to eat a nice steak and salad see you tommorrow

this is weird anyone know what happen?
I stop taking my phentermine last week and have been doing well I weighed myself tuesday and was at 247lbs. but when I weighed myself this morning i weighed in at 240 ??????????????? where did it go was I carrying around that much shiz , I know my phen makes me constipated but that was alot of weight to lose in a few days . OH well Ill take it 230's here I come !!!!!!!!!!!!
not much to add besides the good news of weight dropping I guess it could be the sun on the beach I know I lose alot of water weight when playing beach volleyball in the hot florida sun.

a change up despite a curve ball
well just another day trying to nurse an AB injury. my workout last nigth was very basic & not very intense. Despite the injury I am still trying to push foward but at the same time knowing I have to heal has kind of put me in handcuffs. I dont expect much weight loss this week although keeping a low impact workout I feel still is not going to give me the normal intense workout I need to really shed the weight not too mention I have decided to stay off of my phen for this week. even though I am not on the phentermine I have been able to maintain a very low food intake which is very encouraging.
Wendsday was a leg workout my normal exercise output for these days are much higher then what I did yesturday. normaly I mix in alot of running and sprints with very high intense leg workouts but I kept it on the mild side to keep from aggrivating my muscle strain. leg curls 3 sets starting at 80 lbs. maxing at 130lbs. 14 reps switch to leg extensions 4 sets starting at 80 lbs. maxing at 130 lbs. 14 reps for three sets then on last set doing a 21 set( this set is done by starting in the down position going up half way repeating to seven reps on last rep when ending in middle postion start another 7 reps from middle position up when this sequence of reps are finished in the top position the last reps of seven will be full extension to full reset . all of this is done without stopping during the whole exercise making 7,7,7= 21 normaly 50 or 60lbs is plenty and legs are pretty wobbley). next exercise is a one leg isolation extension doing the same leg extension but only with one leg instead of both at the same time following the same sets and reps as well as adding the 21.
Next I moved to leg press 3 sets of 12 starting at 280 and finishing at 440lbs. last but not least is calf muscle started with sitting calf raises 3 sets of 14 at max of 200lbs. then moved to full calf extension three sets 60lbs max also adding one leg calf isolations on calf exentsion machine at 75lbs max . (not able to add to much weight because of ankle arthritis. boy do I sound beat up lmao)
finish workout on treadmill with 4 min cool down to loosen legs at 3.8 speed and called it a day
Food intake: morning breakfast 2 wheat toast one egg scrambled one teaspoon of miracle whip (good stuff only 60 calories and 1 gram of fat) 300 calories
snack 1 bannana and granola bar 300
lunch : wheat bread with ham no cheese or mayo just deli mustard was bad at lunch had a small bag of combos (270 calories ouch!!!!!!!)
snack: banana
dinner : very small portion of chicken stirfry with onions and bukchoy with mushrooms and hot sauce (maybe 1/2 a cup ) and fruit with light yogurt.
total dinner calories 350 calories.

injuries are the worst
well I still have this lingering stomach muscle issue that will not go away I did not workout in the gym yesturday and decided to hit the courts for a few because my stomach was feeling fine ,well that lasted all of about 10 minutes and then it started acting up again so no more ball until it fully heals I will probably just hit the gym for isolation today and tommorrow then take the boat out and do some diving in the gulf might as well stay active while I wait for this injury to heal. not much more to add. see ya tommorrow

will power save the day
I almost didnt workout but after a quick nap I got off the couch and hit the gym, and it was well worth it I put in a 30 min. tris and chest workout then hit the row machine eliptical and tread mill for 25 minutes heartrate at 150 , really got a chance to get my bood pumping and a good sweat first time I was able to hit 20 min of cardio now I am starting to see the progress. thats it for now time for work will keep you posted.

its has been a while
sorry i havent posted in a few days my hard drive took a crap not much to add except that I have been hitting the courts 4 times a week my workouts in the gym have suffered but will picked up this afternoon and hit hard again. my stomach muscle was strained on thursday so I couldnt play as many games as I would have liked too this weekend. Today is chest and tris no cardio. as of now not much more to add will keep you posted

today should be a good day
Woke up this morning for my shoulder workout for 40 minutes, I find it very hard to finish my shoulder back and arms all in one day so I have decided to seperate them in 2 workouts, one at 6 am and finish at 6pm in the evening.
yesturday was a day off for me so I kick back a little and grabbed some pizza at a local pizzaria (all veggie of course its been a while since I have cheated a little almost settle for sushi but didnt want any rice). also started to take some hydroxi cuts with my phentermine holy shiz man was i buzzing this morning as a matter of fact i sstill am

A new beginning
Since my start of taking my anti inflamitory I have been pretty much pain free with just a little soreness. because of this I am able to play ball again man it feels so good to be back on the beach playing ball again I played both sat. and sun. as much as I could conscidering I was out of shape and very overweight but the main thing was I got back on the court I felt weird because it had been so long but eventually settle down and just had fun.
Today is a day off from the gym Im a little sun burnt so I just want to lay back today and rest. i will hit the gym again tommorrow at 5 am and again at 6pm but as of now I will just go to work and watch the boob tube tonight. Looking foward to this weekend when I can hit the court again. Will keep you posted!
