Day 4
What a beautiful day!!
I woke up a little after 7 this morning. Made myself 2 egg whits and 1 whole egg scrambled. It FILLED me up! Ryder and I then went for a nice bike ride around 8am. Approx. 2-miles. It was perfect out! After we got home I did my floor workout, on my legs and my abs. I made everyone else breakfast afterwards.
It is now 11am and I will be taking 1/2 phen. and heading downstairs to workout on my machine. I've been doing thefollowing workout:
-tricep curls-3/15 (3 sets of 15)
-reverse tricep kickbacks-3/10
-pullover-3/15
-butterfly-3/15
-bicep press-3/15
-leg lifts-3/12-15
On another note--Timmy (my wonderful hubby) said he could tell that I have lost inches. I asked him when did he notice, and he said, "well, while we were____, but I didn't think that was the time to tell you." LOL WHat a guy!
