Well.....C-RAP!

pppffft! OK, I have had 2 BAD days of eating!! WHY, oh WHY!?!?! I mean a month of eating GREAT, then BAM! Arghh! Oh well....back on track from this moment! I will NOT continue to let my mind take over, then completely lose myself in food. Isn't it funny how we can be totally NOT hungry, yet we can still eat away as if we haven't had a meal in days?!?! My body deserves so much better than that!!! OK....I feel better now.


BTW.....thanks for the sweet and very encouraging comments Liz and Cindy! I needed that! Every bit of encouragement helps. And I figured noone read my posts anyway. lol

I've still been running everyday. It makes me feel so much better. Especially after having a bad eating day! Which reminds me, I still have to det my running in for today.

Hey, while this is on my mind, does anyone know of a site that I can reorder Phen, where they don't ask for Physicians info? I just ran out of my Phen from 2004..lol...and when I ordered that time, I don't recall them asking for Dr. info.??? Anyway, if anyone has info. I'd appreciate it. I do best on Phen, so I really don't want to try anything else. I ordered the Hoodia, but something went wrong with my order, so I rethought it, and figure I should stick with that works.

Bring on the Marathon! lol

MAN, do I feel like a million bucks! I started running a few weeks ago and I must say it has made me feel so wonderful!! I can actually mae it past a block without stopping. lol I'm doing around a 8-10 min. mile. Not quite as good as Brianna's 5 min. some seconds mile....but I'll get there. I have been very seriously considering running a marathon of some sort. I don't want to go too nuts about it right away, but if I can find something achievable, I just may do it!! :)

I just rechecked my measurements from the end of June, and I have lost a total of 5.5 inches all around. Not bad!!! I'm down to 130 as well. I ran out of Phen., and have been trying to decide if I want to continue with that, or try something different. I found a great brand of HoodiaII that I might try. Not sure, we'll see.

Well, I am off to take the kids to Blast for ice cream. Have a wonderful Thursday!

DAY 8....CRAP

I JUST typed up an entire blog...and in one flash...gone! Maybe after I'm not so PEEVED I'll try to re-write it! And DANG it was good! lol

Day 4

What a beautiful day!!

I woke up a little after 7 this morning. Made myself 2 egg whits and 1 whole egg scrambled. It FILLED me up! Ryder and I then went for a nice bike ride around 8am. Approx. 2-miles. It was perfect out! After we got home I did my floor workout, on my legs and my abs. I made everyone else breakfast afterwards.

It is now 11am and I will be taking 1/2 phen. and heading downstairs to workout on my machine. I've been doing thefollowing workout:

-tricep curls-3/15 (3 sets of 15)
-reverse tricep kickbacks-3/10
-pullover-3/15
-butterfly-3/15
-bicep press-3/15
-leg lifts-3/12-15

On another note--Timmy (my wonderful hubby) said he could tell that I have lost inches. I asked him when did he notice, and he said, "well, while we were____, but I didn't think that was the time to tell you." LOL WHat a guy!

Day 3

I am so excited to change my lifestyle! I do a lot of talking, but not anymore! I am on my way....I am CHOOSING to do this the right way. No more shortcuts.....I really want to cut out most white flour and white sugar products. And I have been reading that upping your fiber intake daily is very helpful in weightloss. Therefore, for lunch today I had 1/2 c. of the Kashi cinnamon raisin cereal. It's not the best in the world, but not bad either. Good enough to eat and fill me up...the whole purpose, right. ;)

I also had a couple of bites of a small peice of pizza. It didn't even taste good.

I'm on day 3 of phen. I've been taking 1/2 pill in the am, usually around 11. That seems to be enough for me. I tried 2 1/2 doses am and afternoon, but I think it was too much for me to handle. SO, I'll stick with what works for me and makes me happy.

I need to work on controling my thoughts...I do fine, until my mind runs amok, and thinks it wants to eat when it doesn't, or eat junk, or eat late...ect. God has made me a temple...SO NO MORE OF THAT! He has given ME control over my emotions and responses, so I must work on that more. thanks you Lord for strength, and right choices and decision making! AMEN!
