IT Was a GREAT Wednesday.....79th day!
Today was abosolutely beautiful....I missed my doctor so I couldn't get weighed in...The freeway was a mess....Work today was busy...Also, I am weighing myself because it is TOM and I knwo I will be SUPER FAT! I feel good and things are going well on the healthy eating plan...It is getting late and I need to post here and somewhere else so I need 2 cut this short.........God Bless EVERYONE!!!! And know that you are in total control of your EVERYTHING!

Breakfast- coffee w/half and nonfat 45 cal 2 grams fat
Graham Crackers 180 cal/2 grams fat
Water......
Lunch- Salad w/turkey and dressing 195 cal/ 2 grams fat
Water....
Dinner- Chicken leg (skinless) w/mixed veggies 165 cal/ 2 grams fat
Still watching my caloric and fat intake as you can see!
