70th Day!!!! TGIF......:o)
OH, I love me! Hi Everybody. TGIF, no work for 2 days, at least work that requires you to look presentable....ha, ha...Anyway today was great, it went really, really quick and I was glad when 4:30 came. I ate pretty good today 6 lowfat graham crackers for one snack pushed my caloric intake up a bit, but I stayed within my range ! Whooo rahhhhhhhhhh for me! Let me see, what else. Actually, my life lately has a lit bit of boring nothing going on exciting at all. I mean nothing, with the exception of WEIGHT LOSS. So, I am not going to just sit on here and blog about nothing, that gets on my nerves when I read that, so I am just going to go into my FOOD LOG.....Until tomorrow...Have a blessed nite!!

6 lowfat graham crackers - 240 cal/3.0 grams fat....Yummy, this is a TREAT!

Dinner- Chicken Florentine- 260 cal/6 grams fat
