34th Day!
Hello to Everyone! I am doing okay today, how is everyone? Well, I am a little bummed. I hate trying to weight myself during TOM, it is so depressing. I mean I had the TOM last week (which actually was 1 week early ! ! !). I didn't gain any water weight and then this week I have and I already have had TOM. Now you go figure! I am going to still do what I have been, watching & monitoring everything I am eating and exercising, because next week it will pay off! I am so ready to leave my job and start the new one it is unbelieveable! But, my day is coming soon.....Next Monday. Although, I am a bit nervous. ANYWAY, are we ready for the 4th? My sister's are coming over tomorrow. And I am not sure if I am even grilling ! ! ! I want to just relax, so I can get up and go back to work on Thursday. Well, I will be back here later....So Far, here is my Food Log~~~~~~~
Breakfast - Rice cake 50 cal/1 gram fat
Coffee w/ nonfat milk 40 cal/tsp of half & half 0.5 grams fat
Nectarine - 65 cal/1 gram fat
Lots of water
Snack - 25 cherries 100 cal
Lunch - Lean Cuisine Veggies & Shrimp 260 cal/6 grams fat
Water, Water, Water
Diet Soda.....Got caught out in the stores with no Water! ! !
Dinner - Chicken Soup (yummy!) but I just couldn't eat it. I think it is all the water.........100 cal/approx. /2 grams fat
Total Calories - 615 cal
Total Fat - 10.5
~ I didn't do to well today with my calories or fat intake, but I tried, hopefully tomorrow will be better~

Bicep - 1 and 1/2 inch
Breast - 1/2 inch
Waist - 2 inches
Hips - 1/2 inch
Thighs - 1 1/2 inches
Calf - 1/2 inch
That is 6 and 1/2 inches GONE! For a total of 13 inches gone and 25 lbs pounds lost ! ! !
