32nd Day!
Hellloooooooooo Everyone! For the most part I am having a ball ! I am truly excited about life! I really am. I am still losing haven't hit a plateau and just doing my thang. How's everyone? I have lost a another 4 pounds and I think it may be more, about 4.5 lbs but it keeps changing so to be on the safe side we will go with 4 lbs. My appetite has been really healthy these days, I just eat when I am hungry. Which for the most part is NEVER! Sooooo, more good news I start my new job on July 9th! Well, I was really busy today with running errands and washing clothes, but I got it done. Listed below is my infamous FOOD LOG.....
Breakfast- 1 cup canteloupe 90 cal/0 fat w/ 2 slices of turkey bacon/70 cal/3 grams fat
Coffee w/creamer 10 cal/0.5 grams fat
Water, water and more water
Lunch - Lean Cuisine Turkey w/stuffing---YUmmy! 260 cal/2.5 grams of fat
Snack - Nectarine 65 cal/ 1 gram fat and 2 graham crackers
120/3 grams fat
Water, water, water......
Dinner - 3 oz baked chicken breast/140 4 grams fat
Nectarine - 65 cal/1 gram
Graham Crackers- 2 crackers 120/3 grams fat
Total calories for day - 940 cal
Total Fat - 17 grams
See guys! Sometimes I eat a little more than other on certain days, it just depends on how I feel. But believe me I do eat!
