25th Day and Going Strong
Hi Friends!!! How is everyone doing on this lovely Saturday Morning? I hope everyone is great! I am doing splendid! I woke up this morning ready to go, I have been cleaning the entire house, mopping floors, washing clothes, scrubbing walls you name it I am doing it. I even went outside this morning and picked up trash outside my house, the energy I have is AMAZING and guess what? I got on the scale this morning and I am now down to 213.5 I can't take anymore of this I am so excited. If I keep going at this rate, in the next 3 months I could be at my goal....
Hooooorahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh! I just want to continue doing what I am and THANK GOD I have a place to come where I can post and read wonderful blogs....Thanks to Everyone for that.
Food Log
Breakfast- 1 slice whole wheat bread 80 cal/1 gram fat
Laughing Cow light swiss- 35 cal/2 grams
Coffee w/creamer (dry) 10 cal/1.5 grams of fat
Egg Beaters- 30 cal/0 fat grams
~~~~~ATE TO MUCH, I am too FULL~~~~~
Lunch - 3 oz of baked chicken 160 cal/6 grams fat
1/2 cup of brocolli- 30 cal/0 grams fat
Very, Very, Full Today, I am having a rough time eating......
Okay ! ! ! Guess what? I have been tracking my inches for a week and this is amazing!!!! I have to date lost:
2 inches off my bicep!!!
1 inch in my BREAST
1/2 inch in my waist, ( I don't really have a large waist, but would have rather lost more here!!! But I am thankful.)
1 inch in my HIPS....Thank YOU JESUS!
1 inch in my THIGHS
I am so thankful for losing weight and inches I am just pleased and tonight me and my friend (more like a sister are going to go out and celebrate.....I am going to post my new picture of me and my weight loss thus far on tomorrow, so stay tuned.)
