Day 1 and Counting Calories
Hi all,
Today is the beginning of a new me.
After a fall in 2010 and knee operations and tomorrow to start physio for a Torn Calf muscle Enough is Enough.
I am going it alone but allowing myself 1200 calories a day, I have lost weight many years ago on this and I know I will do it again.
Keep everything crossed for me
