Hi 

My nickname on here is poohbearky2008, I am new to the blogging world, And also new on here.  You know I have always been told you have such a beautiful face, many many times and i know they meant well but what I heard at the time was  at least you have that. I have always struggled with my weight since  4th or 5th grade.  And I have lost weight and gain it back over hundreds pounds exactly, I had lost my father at the time and thought what was the use and gain it back. I have now lost almost  a hundred again and I plan on keeping this off, still have more to go.  What is different this time, well I have God on my side and also know He loves me  and a Husband who does as well. But I know I love me and I have self esteem now, I learned that I was a great person as in I treat everyone good, love equally am faithfully and fun to be around and if they didn't see that too bad for them. I actually learned that before meeting my Husband.  He treats me as a  queen, as I treat him as a King, the way marriage should be.  It is hard for me as I am disabled  can't do a whole lot to exercise but I know I can do this and get my body in shape , I have to do it for me , I want a better life...............  a quality life............. I will have it with the Lord's help and strength from Him.
