Getting Back on Track

Sooooooooooooo hello there everyone. Miss me? I did.  lol

Been off the site for a month while my diet and exercise went down hill.  I should be blessed that I only gained three pounds in all that.

I'm on track now. I changed my ticker and I'm working out at least three times a week while not eating any fried foods, etc.

I hope you are all doing well! I want to see goal two (235) this summer.

I did some measurements because I hadn't done them in over two months.  I didn't fare badly there either.  I lost a couple but not in the hips or waist darn it!

Made Goal and on the way!

Well I moved and am mostly unpacked.  Life is calmer.  I'm having trouble at work and am looking for a new job but that's okay.

Weight wise, I'm at 255.  I need to work towards that 2nd goal and quit wasting time.  I am going to start working way harder on this because I see such huge potential for a waistline!

So lets all work hard and get this thing DONE!  How are you all doin?  Hugs PQA

Moved House

Sorry I am behind.  I really haven't had anything to say about my weight loss. I am at thirty pounds and stuck.   I moved house last week and am busy with that so I haven't been working too hard on losing weight.  I feel good but I have a long way to go.  Be back soon.  I hope you are all doing well!

Behind in Blogging!

Hey everyone!  Springtime is almost here! WOOOOOOOO HOOOOOOOOOOO. That means alot more activity and less eating for me and hopefully you too!

I am moving next week.  I have been packing for a week or so.  Interesting work there.  lol  I am looking forward to time off work, even if it does involve packing and moving.  I hope it's really warm and dry so I can get the top down on the jeep.

I got an IPOD last month.  That thing is most excellent for inspiring me to move.  Ii have never danced so much!

I am still losing, up to 27 total now and almost three months on phen (next week is three).  I have three more months. I hope to lose even more in those three months by raising my activity level mondo style.  If I could get to near two hundred in those next three months, I would be HOME FREE.  I know I could lose the last twenty five pounds on my own.

So, we'll see.  My clothes are down one size.  No one outside of my family and friends has asked me about loss yet but I guess I hide it well.  Soon, they'll be asking when I show up in a miniskirt won't they? LOL Just kidding, but you never know!

Inches

Well, no more weight loss to report this week.  I have set my sights on my first goal (255) by mid April though.  I can do it!

I did take measurements tonight and those came out well.  I  lost four inches last month various places.  I could tell clothes were finally fitting better and/or looser. 

LONG way to go! I  did reward myself with an IPOD shuffle to help get the exercise urge going.  lol  PQA

TWENTY FIVE TODAY!!

WOOO HOO Pop the corks!  I reached twenty five pounds lost today.  BOY AM I SMILING!

I cannot wait to get to my first goal.  Just a few pounds more!

Still Trucking

So, I'm still trucking along the healthy route.  I'm working my ass off at work so I'm not around much.  It makes controlling eating easier but it's real stressfull on my mindset.   Oh well.  All things come to an end.

I've lost two more pounds this week. I'm eight from my first goal now.  I have only lost twenty three this year but you have no idea how hard that was, even with phen.  I'm not looking forward to life without phen but I don't want to stay medicated my whole life either.

OMG Crracked the CODE!

I feel like I just broke some ancient secret! lol  I finally lost the four pounds I gained and one more with it and how??? Tracking calories eaten! I hate doing that and hadn't done it very often before but it did a great thing for me this week! 

It made me realize how much calories and fat was in the foods I was eating regularly, drinks too!  Awful, really.

So, I ate well except for one day when I treated myself.  I used a spark people website to track exercise, goals, and calories.  I like thier features for that part better than this site although I like some of this site too.

I just realized I am TEN pounds away from my first goal.  That is ecouraging!!!!

Not much change....

Not much to report here.  I gained four pounds the last two weeks with travel and stress.  I think the majority of it is off now and I'm ready to move forward with more loss.

Just trying to make exercise a regular thing.  So hard!  Good Luck to all.
