Take two

Well that didn't go well.  I ended up contracting a very nasty chest infection which turned into pneumonia and had two weeks off work.  So in short CD never really happened.

So here I am back on track feeling better and knowing that I need to tackle my weight.  So today is Day 1.  My challenge for today is to get through one day without eating or picking at food.  Going to be hard but I CAN do it.  So for now I am off but will update this later tonight.
