recovery
well time for a bit of recovery now after bit of a blow out last night! ate sensibly all day but then went on works bowling night and had vegeatbles in pastry and chips washed down with 4 barcardi breezers
2 days to my official weigh in and 2lb up on last week so need to be really strict with myself so i can at least stay the same. i'd be happy if i was still 17st 4 at weigh in, having lost 9 lbs the previous week (before i started this log) it's still a fantastic start.
Still feeling positive though and looking at the big picture!
