Stupid Sunday

Cereal, plain bagel, bounty, cake slice, roast dinner, apple crumble, apple, twix

Saturday

ok, so today wasnt the best. had cereal, then winegums, then 1.5 rolls with bacon on, a crumpet, a rocky, pizza, rolo yoghurt, cake * so much bloody cake around* apple, packet of crisps -   jeeeeeeeeeeees, not good, i dont think i can do this, honestly how do you all keep motivation? i just loose it :( any tips? x x

bad day :(

Argh, it sucks when you have a bad day :( had cereal for breakfast, then lots of cake etc during the day, then went to work and had  a packet of crips, then home and had chicken chips dinner, then doughnut then double decker :( NOT good at all

 

i feel so fat and jst looking in photos depresses me, i look so big compared to everyone i dont want to be like this anymore, in the past i've always been smaller than some poeple. i want to be the fashion one, the one that is remembered for looking good and im never going to do that if im fat x

Thurssssday

ok so i ate the pasta but at half 2 :) then had mcchicken sandwich and choc cornflake pieces, but i was with a friend and its only once every now and then, feel quite big though

Well, seeing as theres no cereal i havn't eaten breakfast :( bower it is now 20 to one, and ive only eaten an apple since 6pm last night, but not actually too bad, i just went to the fridge and saw some left over pasta and i took it out, then put it back and have set myself a mini goal, that i wont eat it untill 2pm, then if i reallyyyy want it i can have it bt thats it x x x

From the moment i last posted, to now i have eaten ;

BBQd chicken and veg, a smoothie lolly (97 calories and taste LUSH!!!!!!!!!) and a single mingle  yay, not bad.

Yayyyy, well today is uber uberly sunny :D

havn't been out in it much because of school all day, and so have finally come out to do some school work in the garden, however, damn laptop keeps opening up and distracting me - ok well maybe its me, but its not good, and being distracted means im restless which means i eat :(

Breakfast - Bowl of cereal

1st lesson - slice of choc fudge cake - god damn me leaving school, loads of last lessons require cake!!

and then i've jst eaten some grapes.

so it hasn't been tooo bad a day, and ive drunk water and orange juice so far, oh yum the fun x x x

Dinner - More pasta :S slice of cake, mini mars :(

Back - again

ok, well im officially crap at dieting!!! :( tis gayyy, altho im going to write exactly what i eat & drink now on here.....

 

breakfast - oaty cereal - from tesco's its lushhh!!! & soya milk

lunch - cracker, slice of cheese, sugar biscuit/finger thing *bad but needed energy for the gym*

*gym for an hour*

Tea - pork & veg & potatos, rolo yoghurt *oh how lush*

Snacks - apple

Drinks - water, orange juice, oasis

New Start

Ok, I have deleted the rest of my posts for a completely fresh start *well apart from my little introduction*. After 12 tonight there is 100 days 23 hours and 59 minutes untill i go on holiday. And I will look DAMN sexy in that bikini, i want that confidence back about my body. I want clothes to look good on me rather than being afraid to wear things that make me look pregnant. Im going to keep a diary of how i feel once i've eaten a lot which i shall read before reaching for that 2nd helping. Yes i am going to enjoy myself and live a bit. But it is the spare calories i don't need, the ones where i walk in the door and go eat something because i can. Weigh ins are moving to tuesday mornings for a few reasons 1. weekend alcoholic and recovering calories have a chance to settle down. 2. i dont work or need to eat late the day before so i can leave it a bit  and ye ... thats pretty much it :D Here we go :D x x x
