Day one - more sleeping than eating
Woke around 6a this morning ate 2 scrambled eyes and 3 brown and serve sausage links; 1 cup of tea w/ skim milk and 2 sugars.
1p medium ice hazelnut coffee from DD
5p chicken sandwich w/ 1 tablespoon of light mayo and 2 slices of thin 7 grain bread.
10p 16oz seltzer water w/ lemon juice.
Really want to go to the gym but feel too fat and have nothing to wear. Need to socialize more, I feel like I am isolating because of weight gain. I need help now
