Day one - more sleeping than eating

Woke around 6a this morning ate 2 scrambled eyes and 3 brown and serve sausage links; 1 cup of tea w/ skim milk and 2 sugars.
1p medium ice hazelnut coffee from DD
5p chicken sandwich w/ 1 tablespoon of light mayo and 2 slices of thin 7 grain bread.
10p 16oz seltzer water w/ lemon juice.
 
Really want to go to the gym but feel too fat and have nothing to wear.  Need to socialize more, I feel like I am isolating because of weight gain.  I need help now

The Plan

Today is just the start of a plan.  Signed up with ExtraPounds.com and have been looking into Phentermine for additional support.  I really dislike doing the right thing but unable to get past the hunger.  Feeling so fat I don't want to leave the house.  Have been home for the past 2 days, this is not good.  I will force myself to go out today.
 
1.  Plan day to day meals/time - weekly plan will do me in right now.  So...  Tomorrow - up at 7a and plan meal for the day, clean bedroom, do laundry, make work plan for the week.
