Baby Belly - But Not

So last night I'm lying on the floor at around 10:30 at night watching a movie - I have a nightgown on that reaches my calves - I look down and man - you'd think I was 6 months prego!  Unbelievable.  Yes, I am very good at hiding it in clothes, but here it is, the real thing.  Belly fat. Lots of it.  No wonder I can no longer fit in my size 10's!!!  It's the dang belly!

All my work journaling yesterday - this is what I found.....

Breakfast:

egg whites w/veggies - 1

2 pc lite bread toasted w/reduced fat p but (1 tsp) - 3

coffee w/lite cream - 1

Lunch:

2 pc pizza - 12

Dinner:

pc bread w/butter - 3

Fajitas (3 wraps) - 27

Dessert:

Few bites of son's ice cream - 2

Total Points: 47.  Yes, that is definitely way too many!!!!

Must try harder to eat healthier ALL THE TIME! Not just at work, but all the time!!!

It's amazing how it adds up when you aren't paying attention to it.  When I finally started tracking my caloric intake I was shocked that I was consuming close to 3000 calories a day.  I mean, that's crazy! 

Perhaps next time, you could just cut it in half:  eating 1 slice of pizza, and having 1 fajita would have 'saved' you 20 points.  What is your daily goal?
