I know, it's Wednesday and I'm just getting here. It's been a rough past few days - I am supertired today but still will get to the gym.
I've been doing more, eating better - and NOT stepping on the scale. I plan on weighing in on Friday to see how it's going.

Welcome Back!
Losing weight is not the end-all be-all of our existence. Take a break from the scale, just don't go crazy like I did for my anniversary. Hopefully you will feel rejuvenated after the gym.
