Ok, so no, I haven't gone out and bought a new scale yet, but I did check the gym scale yesterday and it agreed with my home scale.  So imagine my confusion when I woke up this morning and weighed 2 pounds more.  Is it because I had 2 small pieces of pizza yesterday for dinner (high sodium)? 

I admit I'm having a harder time drinking water than usual (with the frigid temps indoors) - so I'm guessing that's it.

DH said last night (once again) that come this weekend he's going to WW.  I hope he is saying the same thing Sat a.m. cuz' I really need his help getting my act together.  I just can't seem to do it on my own!  At least if he's on board, we'll be sure to be eating healthy!

I do good all day at work but when I go home or on the weekends I completely lose all the hard work and gain that 1-2 pounds right back!  Uggh.

It's only 18 more pounds - why is it so difficult!!??

Scale

For some reason, when losing weight my body gets very very sensitve.  The slightest little thing (like two pieces of pizza) is enough to throw on five pounds.  I just figured it for a sensitivity thing.  My scale measures my fat and water content, so I can keep track of what I am actually gaining.
