SAD NEWS

GOODEVENING YOU GUYS! I DON'T KNOW IF YOU REMEMBER, BUT A COUPLE OF MONTHS AGO I WAS TELLING YOU THAT MY UNCLE WAS SICK WITH CANCER. WELL I GOT A CALL THIS MORNING THAT MY UNCLE HAD TOOK A TURN FOR THE WORST. I GOT TO THOMASVILLE,GA AROUND 5PM. I WAS ABLE TO SPEND A LITTLE TIME WITH HIM BEFORE HE DIED AT AROUND 7:20PM

I WANT EACH AND EVERYONE OF YOU GUYS TO JUST APPRECIATE AND LOVE YOURSELVES AS YOU DO YOUR FAMILY. YOU NEVER KNOW WHAT MIGHT HAPPEN. MY UNCLE WAS 27 WE WERE THE SAME AGE. LIFE IS SHORT. ENJOY AND CHERISH EACH AND EVERY MINUTE.

hmmm...NOT A GOOD WEEK!

HEY EVERYONE! JUST WANTED TO CHECK IN BEFORE I DRIFT OFF TO DREAMLAND. I WAS GOING TO POST A LITTLE EARLIER BUT I WAS BABYSITTING AGAIN. TONIGHT WE HAD A LITTLE MORE MELLOW NIGHT THAN THE OTHER NIGHT.

I HAD TO WORK LATE TONIGHT, THEN SOON AS I GOT OFF I WENT TO PICK UP MY BEST FRIEND LITTLE BOY. PLUS IT WAS RAINING!! I DIDN'T GET HOME UNTIL AROUND 8:30PM.. SO THAT LEFT NO WORKOUT TIME FOR ME! THIS WEEK IS NOT SHAPING UP TO BE THE BEST WEEK. ITS OKAY THOUGH I AM NOT WORRIED. I AM GOING TO THE GYM TOMORROW AFTER WORK AND SATURDAY MORNING I INTEND ON GETTING A REALLY REALLY GOOD WORKOUT! 3 DAYS IS NOT BAD. I KNOW I HAD MY GOAL SET AT 4 BUT I FEEL A LITTLE SHORT. I AM NOT GOING TO BEAT MYSELF UP ABOUT IT BECAUSE 3 DAYS OF WORKOUT IS STILL GOOD.

THERE IS A CHRISTMAS PARTY AT WORK TOMORROW ALL I CAN SAY ABOUT THAT SITUATION IS STAY TUNED TO TOMORROW'S BLOG TO SEE HOW I IDID. I HAVE STAY PRETTY MUCH ON POINT THIS WEEK. SO I SHOULD BE GOOD TOMORROW..GIRL SCOUT PROMISE !!!

WELL JUST WANTED TO CHECK IN..OH YEA..I DIDN'T TALK ABOUT THE BIGGEST LOSER..OH MY GOSH!! EVERYONE LOOKED REALLY GOOD. I WAS SO HAPPY FOR EVERYONE. I STILL WANTED MY GIRL ISABEAU TO WIN. BUT THATS OKAY..SHE IS A WINNER TO ALL HER FANS!!

WELL I AM OFF I WILL BE BACK TOMORROW SAME BAT TIME AND SAME BAT CHANNEL!!!

CONSISTENCY !!

Hey you guys!! Hope everyone had a great day today. My day was good. Not as busy a work day as I thought it would be. I am sure it going to be completly HELL for the next couple of days.

I did not get to the gym yesterday. I was too busy sleeping the evening away. I have to work on those naps. I'm trying I really am. Today, I took my gym clothes with me and went straight to the gym after work. I wanted to make sure I was home on time to see The Biggest Loser! I am so excited about seeing the show tonight. To me the biggest loser is one of my biggest motivators, next to EP of course I am so TEAM ISABEAU!!! I am really rooting for her. I am absolutly sure everyone looks awesome.

Anyway, my week so far has been okay. Well what I mean is working towards my goals that I set on Sunday. I have missed 2 days of excercise so far, that was Sunday and Monday. I worked out today and I plan on working out tomorrow. Thursday I have to babysit..so depending on what time I have to babysit will determine my time to excercise. I will probably have to take my workout clothes with me again to work so that I can go straight to the gym. I am determined to make my workout goal for the week. So I am going to do whatever it takes to stay on track. I am trying to get back more consistent with them gym like I was before my motivation hit an all time low. My mojo is back in full swing so I am striving to stay consistent with my goals. Thats the only way I will conquer this journey.

Goodbye Weekend..Hello Workweek!

Hi everyone! I hope that everyone had a great weekend. I know that I did. I had to babysit for my best friend. He was  a perfect angel. Well as perfect as they can be in those terrible two's, but it doesn't matter how he chased the dog all around all night, or how he dribbled milk over my important papers, or how his diaper leaked and he wet the bed. Hmmmm...children just gotta love em. 

Well I did two important things on Saturday. Saturday I went and weighed in then I had to SPEED to the homeowners workshop. So I guess I will tell about weigh in first. I lost a total of 2.6 pounds. I was really hoping for more but I will take 2.6lbs..But who knows this is a new week! That means new changes and challenges. The homebuyers workshop was very intresting. The program is naca through this program they will pay all closing cost, they basically do a 100%financing. They talked about the diffrent predatory loans that were out there. It sounded like a good program, and I have only read good things. I am going to look into other programs. I am going to spend the rest of this month and January researching the diffrent first time homebuyer programs out there and see which one will suite me better. So pray for me.

I didn't go to the gym today. I was planning on it but I let babysitting and the cold brisk air get in the way. I will be there tomorrow because I am on a roll and I havea  goal I refuse to let Jack Frost get in the way.

Workout goals for the week:

  • Of course excercise at least 4 days thats the miniumum.
  • add more weights to my workout
  • keep more detailed and more accurate food log
  • take my viatmins

FEELING GOOD, FEELING GREAT!

HEY EVERYONE!! I HOPE EVERYONE IS DOING GREAT!! HAPPY THRUSDAY! ITS OVER..THE WEEK IS OVER THANK YOU JESUS! ITS TIME TO REST AND GET OUR CHRISTMAS PARTIES ON!! 

WELL I MADE IT!! I MADE MY GOAL OF GOING TO THE GYM FOR 4 DAYS THIS WEEK! AND I FEEL GREAT! WHILE I WAS ON THE TREDMILL AND WAS WALKING I WAS JUST FEELING REALLY GOOD AND MOTIVATED. I KNEW I COULD DO IT, IF I JUST PUT A LITTLE MORE ELBOW GREASE INTO.  I CAN REACH THE STARS I KNOW I CAN. MY MOJO IS IN FULL SWING RIGHT NOW. CAN'T NOBODY OR NOTHING BRING ME DOWN.

SOOO U GUYS GUESS WHATTTT????? SATURDAY I AM GOING TO A WORKSHOP FOR FIRST TIME HOMEBUYERS. ITS THRU NACA..CHECK THERE WEBSITE WWW.NACA.COM ....ANYWHO I AM GOING TO START CHECKING SO THAT MAYBE I CAN PURCHASE MY FIRST HOMEI AM HELLA EXCITED!! HEY YOU GUYS! HOPE YOU HAD A GOOD DAY TODAY! MY DAY WAS PRETTY GOOD. I ATE OKAY, I GOT IN MOST OF MY WATER. I WAS ALL SET TO GO HOME, CHECK MY EMAIL, THEN GO TO THE GYM. SAD TO SAY MR.SANDMAN GOT ME!I LAID DOWN ABOUT 4:45 WITH THE INTENTIONS OF AWAKING AROUND 6PM AND GOING TO THE GYM. WELL I ROLLED OUT OF BED FROM MY NAP AROUND 7:30. CLEARLY I WASN'T GOING TO MAKE IT TO THE GYM TODAY! BUT GLAD TO REPORT THAT I AM JUST ONE DAY FROM MAKING MY GOAL OF EXCERCISING 4 DAYS THIS WEEK AND ITS 3 MORE DAYS LEFT IN THE WEEK! SO YAY ME! I AM STILL ON TRACK!

I WENT TO THE BIGGEST LOSER WEB SITE TONIGHT AND WAS JUST  LOOKING AROUND. I THINK ISABEAU IS GOING TO WIN. THEY ALL LOOK GREAT AND HAVE DONE A GREAT JOB. I AM GLAD THAT NEIL DIDN'T MAKE IT TO THE FINAL FOUR. DON'T GET ME WRONG HE DID A GREAT JOB IN LOOSING. BUT!!!!! HE WAS TO CONIEVING AND DECEITFUL HE DIDN'T DESERVE TO WIN!! KHARMA IS A B&*iH!!! AND IT CAME BACK AND BIT NEIL IN THE A*$!!!

TERRIFIC TUESDAY!!!

HEY MY EP BUDDIES!!! HOPE EVERYONE HAD A TERRIFIC TUESDAY! MY DAY WAS GOOD. AS ALWAYS IT BEGINS REALLY EARLY. I WOKE UP AROUND 10 MINUTES AFTER 5AM, DRAGGED MYSELF OUT OF BED, AND PROCEDED WITH MY DAY. WORK WAS OKAY. I SLEPT REALLY GOOD, I GIVE ALL THE CREDIT TO THE WORKOUT THAT I HAD YESTERDAY AT THE GYM AND THE MARVELOUS DAY I HAD AS WELL. I DON'T KNOW WHAT IT WAS ABOUT YESTERDAY BUT MY DAY WAS A PERFECT 10. I COULD HAVE FELL AND BROKE BOTH OF MY PINKIE TOES, I STILL WOULD HAVE BEEN HAPPY. I TOLD YOU GUYS OF MY DAY YESTERDAY BUT OF COURSE WHEN I WAS DONE AND WENT TO SUBMIT IT, THE SITE WAS JACKED UP!

I HAD ANOTHER GOOD WORKOUT TODAY! I WENT EARLIER TODAY THAN YESTERDAY SO THAT I COULD GET HOME IN TIME TO SEE THE BIGGEST LOSER. I WAS SLEEPY BUT I REFUSE TO STAY AT HOME AND NAP. ONCE I WAS ACTUALLY IN THE GYM, WORKING OUT, I FELT MUCH BETTER. WHILE I WAS ON THE TREADMILL I WAS IMAGINING HOW GOOD I WAS GOING TO LOOK AND FEEL NEXT YEAR WHEN I TURN 28...AND AT LEAST 80LBS LIGHTER! I WAS SMILING AND LISTENING TO MY IPOD. I BET PEOPLE WERE LOOKING AT ME WONDERING WHAT IN THE WORLD.....LET THEM WONDERING BECAUSE IF THEY COULD SEE WHAT I COULD SEE IN MY HEAD..THEY WOULD BE SMILING TOO

YOU GUYS I HAVE ALREADY MET ONE OF MY GOALS FOR THE WEEK. ON TOMORROW I WOULD HAVE MET MY GOAL OF GOING TO THE GYM AT LEAST 4 DAYS THIS WEEK. I WENT ON SUNDAY, MONDAY, AND TUESDAY.  MY EATING AND WATER IS ON TRACK...SO I GUESS WE WILL SEE WHAT THE SCALE SAYS ON SATURDAY! AT LEAST 1LB, I KNOW!!!

PURE FRUSTRATION!

HEY EVERYONE HOPE YOUR HAVING A GOOD DAY SO FAR! I TRIED POSTING WHAT A MARVELOUS MONDAY I HAD! BUT AS I FINISHED WRITING MY BLOG OF COURSE IT DIDN'T GO THRU..THE SITE WASN'T WORKING! I FELT SO GOOD WHEN I LEFT THE GYM I CAN NOT EVEN BEGIN TO EXPLAIN THE JOY I FELT. I HAD A REALLY GOOD DAY YESTERDAY! I HAD SO MANY CONFIRMATIONS THAT I CAN LOOSE THIS WEIGHT! RIGHT NOW I FEEL I AM JUST TOO DAMN FABULOUS FOR WORDS!

Productive Week Ahead!

Hey everyone! I hope everyone had a great weekend! My weekend and ending to my vacation was resting. I enjoyed my time off. I didn't get much excercising in like I really wanted to, but thats okay I am still pressing foward. No use of crying over spoiled milk.

First things first I have to inform u of weigh in at WW on Saturday morning. I didn't get home until 6am because I was  hanging out with friends. I jumped up minus the jovial banter I usually have and went to WW...okay I really felt shame at first, becuase this is like my umpteenth time going. I removed my shoes and got on the scale, of course the scale was not on my side it read 292.4lbs. .  but being sick on Wednesday with the throwing up and upset stomach I figured I would be up now that I was able to consume food agin. So with that said that is going to be my starting weight. Hopefully I would have shed 10 to 15lbs before my God Sister returns back in January. Yesterday I attended a Christmas Party. I ate fairly well. The food served at the party was not bad at all. They served Burritos and Taco's with your choice of ground beef or chicken. I fixed a burrito with chicken. Now dessert...which was excellent was strawberry cheesecake. It was good, and homemade. I did get a piece but it was a small peice I didn't over indulge.

This morning all I had on my mind was sleep, watch tv, and sleep again. But after taking the dog outside I just realized that the day was too pretty to waste away. I went to the gym. I enjoyed my workout I really did. It was peacful and quiet. It was about 13 people in the gym. about 8 of them was taking the aerobics class. I walked on the tredmill for 30 minutes, then I hit the bike for 15 minutes then hit the stairmaster for 10 minutes.  The stairmaster and I have a love/hate relationship. I hate it...but LOVE the results. It gives me a really good workout..and really gets my heart pumping, it provides a big challenge for me. 

I came home and cooked dinner which was baked chicken, broccoli, corn on the cobb, and mashed potatoes ( just a little bit) and washed that all down with chrystal light! Now I am full as a tic..and fell like doing nothing...!!! So all in all what a day and perfect ending to a very restful vacation.

Goals for the week:

  • Drink at least 64oz. of water a day.
  • eat fresh vegetables for dinner everyday
  • go to the gym 4 days this week (1 down 3 more to go)
  • Find a creative way to workout not at the gym one day this week

Those are my 4 goals for the week.  This week I want to find a creative or diffrent means of excercising one day this week. I think thats why is so easy for me to get bored. I need to add some spice to my workout regimeWell off to get ready for work tomorrow! Have a great losing week!

ITS MY VACATION! I CAN'T BE SICK!!!

HEY EVERYONE!!! I HOPE EVERYONE HAS HAD A GREAT WEEK SO FAR! MY VACATION WEEK I WOULD SAY HAS BEEN GREAT! WELL IT WAS UNTIL TUESDAY NIGHT. TUESDAY NIGHT MY GOD SISTER AND I WENT TO AMERICAN DELI FOR DINNER. I GOT A CHEF SALAD, ABOUT AN HOUR OR SO AFTER I FINISHED MY SALAD MY STOMACH FELT REALLY TIGHT AND I HAD GAS ( I KNOW TO MUCH INFO) WELL ANYWAY...I WASN'T FEELING MYSELF. WELL I STARTED MY STRING OF FUNS BACK AND FORTH TO THE BATHROOM. THEN AROUND 4AM IN THE MORNING (WEDNESDAY) I STARTED THROWING UP!!! ALL I COULD SAY WAS I CAN'T BE SICK! I AM ON VACATION. I REFUSE TO BE SICK. WELL I SPENT ALL DAY YESTERDAY IN THE BED. I FEEL ALOT BETTER THIS MORNING. I PULLED MYSELF OUT THE BED AND TOOK A WARM SHOWER AND TOOK AN ALKASELZTER ON YESTERDAY AND RESTED. THIS MORNING A FEEL LIKE A MILLION BUCKS..WELL..MAYBE HALF A MILLION. BUT NONTHELESS I FEEL BETTER! I AM THINKING MAYBE MY LETTUCE WASN'T FRESH OR SOMETHING I DON'T KNOW WHAT HAPPEND BUT I DO KNOW ITS GOING TO BE A COLD DAY IN HELL BEFORE I EAT AT AMERICAN DELI AGAIN! GOOD THING I AM DOWN 3.6 LBS THIS MORNING. I HAD GAINED AND I WAS 291 THIS MORNING I WAS 287.6 YES!!! SO I WILL TAKE IT!

I HAVE BEEN HOOVERING SEEM AT THIS WEIGHT FOREVER. MY BODY IS MAINTAINING AT THIS NO MATTER WHAT I DO! ANYWAY THAT IS WHY I AM GOING BACK TO WEIGHT WATCHERS FOR THE UMPTEENTH TIME! I CAN LOOSE 20LBS JUST TO GAIN AND GET BACK TO THIS PREVIOUS WEIGHT. THAT IS WHY I REFUSE TO QUIT! WELL I DOUBT THAT I WILL GO TO THE GYM TODAY..TO THE TRACK YES! BUT NOT TO THE GYM. MY STOMACH IS STILL A LITTLE TENDER!

THERE IS A WEIGHT WATCHERS CALL AT 7PM TONIGHT BUT I DON'T KNOW IF I AM GOING TO GO TO THIS ONE OR THE ONE ON SATURDAY. WHEN I GO BACK TO WORK NEXT WEEK. THURSDAY MIGHT NOT BE AS CONVIENT AS SATURDAY MORNINGS AT 11 AM WOULD BE. SO SATURDAY PROBABLY WOULD BE BETTER FOR ME! WELL I AM OFF TO READ SOME BLOGS PLUS I WILL PROBABLY BLOG AGAIN TONIGHT AFTER I RETURN FROM MY WALK! HOPE EVERYONE HAVE A GREAT DAY!
