Still going ....

So I started the South Beach diet on Tuesday...and I've already lost 3 pounds!!!.....The hardest part about this diet is the no sugar or bread... Mornings have been rough...because I am used to my Dunkin Donuts light and sweet coffee with my toasted bagel with butter.. but I am getting through it...and I actually switched to equal instead of sugar....it's not too bad because I have always used that instead of sugar in coffee EXCEPT for when I went to D&D I allowed myself that treat...not anymore...if I am going to lost 80 pounds I need to get into gear hardcore....i have started and stopped so many diets and that is because my head wasn't in it....but I REFUSE to let that happen again...I deserve to be healthy and happy...and so do you...

Never a good day to start...

 So yeah...on the last day of vacation visiting my 82 year old nana.  Loved it....but this is what we do.....wake up at 1...eat at 3.....watch tv  and eat again all night....AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH how am i suppose to lose weight when eating is the main activity?!?!?!  Nana feeds me, forces through guilt...gotta love that one....then complains that I have gained weight when she buys  me a shirt that is too small....well we are about to leave to ...guess what??? yup EAT!!!! It's an all you can eat place too....man....well I promise to make healthy choices....see you when I get back!
