Hey all taking it one day at a time hopefully everything is going well with all of you. But I am doing fine losing slow but losing that is the key word. I am enjoying the La weight loss,....I will keep you all posted. Best wishes

Yeah I am back and ready....I am now doing LA Weight Loss which I already posted the last time I was here. I am ready so by the summer time I will be so fly.......But for now I am going to take one day at a time. I love LA weight loss I can have chocolate yah yah...Talk to you all later

Week 3 Day 3

Well I was face with the darkness which is my father, he always tells it like it is. He looked at me last night and said so how is the weight lost thing going I reply not so good. He said I know how bad you want this now you have to mentally train yourself on what you want. So I have to say that made me make better decisions today. I was proud of myself. So when its time to make decisions I have to take alittle bit of time to make the right choice. I will see this sunday how much this help me lose.

Week 3

Well today was not so good. I did not track but I did not beng. One thing I noticed i did today is that I did not have a good breakfast or a good lunch so by time I got home i was so hungry I was eating everything in the house. So after dinner I sat down and mapped out my menu for tomorrow. I am really pleased with my plan I have to just make sure I follow my plan and do what is required by weightwatchers i will lose some weight. I also have to drink all my water and eat my three dairy's and my fruit and veggies. Best of luck for me!! 

Weeks 2 weigh in 203.6

End of week 2 I went up only .8lbs which is okay but now time to move forward. I am very upset but hey ......dust it off and move on. So week 3 will be a better turn out. I will have better luck this week I know I will. I am about to run to the grocery store and get some stuff so I have the right food for core. I purchased my 2 point bars for those days I need some sweets. I love the milk chocolate and the new lemon dream bars. I am going to intake my 6 to 8 glasses of water, my three dairys and my 2 good oils...along with my fruits and veggies. So wish me luck and I will be back to up date all my friends with what is going on this week.
