Back on track
Thanks to everyone for your understanding comments and encouragement.
I HAVE had a good day today - back on the tfr cambridge with avengance - porridge for breakfast, cheese and broccoli soup for lunch and a chocolate orange shake for tea - i know tommorow will be harder but plan to do more exercise in the hope i can limit the damage - scales said a 2lb GAIN this morning - have till Monday to try and pull it back. I can cope with staying the same - but not a GAIN!!!
Havent been swimming in the last 6 years - but tommorow i have a date with my kids at the pool - which shows how desperate i am!! Now i just need to keep my fingers crossed that my cossie still fits!
