Reassess and move on

Why is it that one little slip makes the slope even slippier.  Over the last couple of weeks i have have many many slip ups - Great all day and them wham - i fall flat on my face and sabatage all my efforts.  Decided in the end that i would inroduce a little healthy food with the shakes.
 
Last Friday decided that Lipotrim just wasnt working and so i am going to try the cambridge diet which offers so many more varieties - wonderful.
 
So - this week - Monday great day - porridge for breakfast, veg soup for lunch and then a bannana shake for tea - no problems.  Tues set off ok with breakfast and lunch, then went awol at tea time - so again today is day 1 - im never going to get back into ketosis at this rate. And my weight loss will continue to be slow.

Yes...

Yes... sometimes weight loss is painfully, agonizingly slow when all we want is a loss at the scale-  TODAY!
 
I know how hard the shake thing is to do.  Is there another plan (WW or other) that would be easier for you to follow?  It may not offer the quicker loss of the shake, but might be easier to stick with.
 
Hang in there, and just take it one day at a time.  = )

I know Ive said it before

But would you be willing to try ww again? you can eat anything you like so your not needing to sobotage yourself and get to eat ina  ballanced why you can maintain for life and fit into your family show your girls how to eat well rather than faddy diets... sending you LOTS AND LOTS OF HUGS AND POSITIVES VIBES xxx
