Reassess and move on
Why is it that one little slip makes the slope even slippier. Over the last couple of weeks i have have many many slip ups - Great all day and them wham - i fall flat on my face and sabatage all my efforts. Decided in the end that i would inroduce a little healthy food with the shakes.
Last Friday decided that Lipotrim just wasnt working and so i am going to try the cambridge diet which offers so many more varieties - wonderful.
So - this week - Monday great day - porridge for breakfast, veg soup for lunch and then a bannana shake for tea - no problems. Tues set off ok with breakfast and lunch, then went awol at tea time - so again today is day 1 - im never going to get back into ketosis at this rate. And my weight loss will continue to be slow.
