have done five.. the first five are the hardest... youve done them so you can easily do another five, then you will hav done ten... so easily you'll do another ten and so on... you'll lose huge to start with as youll have tons of fluid to lose and your washing it all out by drinking loads... the next hardest step is when it slows down... but stay firm cause it will come off!!!!!!!

Sounds like you've got a great support system at home. Although I think it was a little evil of your hubby to eat fish and chips in front of you...kudos to you for not eating them, too! Are you on a specific plan?
Welcome to EP and we'll get this done together! I've popped in and out before, but for the first time, my weight has truly affected my health, both mentally and physically, and I'm looking to for once not diet, but get healthy.
