the hardest part would be the weekend. so many oppertunities and so many people trying to sabotage something good. i held tight and resisted the urge to eat cheesecake for a co-workers birthday, and desert at dinner. i did however eat out for the first time on my diet- i ate heathy until the end and i ate the leftover quesadilla. oh well.. there is always tomorrow right?

day 2
so far so good as far as eating goes. no exercise yet. that will all change tomorrow. i almost ate chocolate. but i wasnt paying attention and someone offered it to me and then someone told me that i was on a diet and i said-- oh right and threw it away. after work i went shopping and i bought nuts, yogurt,oatmeal, soup, frozen corn and canned fruit.

Day 1
it is 5:00 am and im am going to begin my journey to weight loss. My goal is to lose 80 pounds before my sisters wedding. I dont want to lose weight for her wedding, i want to lose weight for me. i am uncomfortable with my weight and how i look. I feel that if i lose some weight i will look more attractive to others and will help with my personality. My goal is not only to lose the weight, but to keep it off. I feel that changing my diet and excersiing will be difficult for me, but with the right encouragement i feel i can make anything happen. Only water from here on out.
Today i will go to the store and buy groceries to help me along the way. while i am at the store i will buy:
Apples
Carrots
Sugar-free oatmeal
1% milk
Yogert
No salt peanuts
Mixed nuts
In addiion to my diet i will jog/walk/run on the treadmil for 1 hour and walk around the block in addition to my regular work. I will also learn how to do pallaties,
