I cheated

 I feel so bad right now. I was out of food at my house, so I went up town to get something for lunch. Well I went to Sonic and got a hamburger with tots. It tasted so good, but I feel so bad now. I have been all week eating good and now on a friday I have to srew up. I'm not going to tell my husband I don't want him to think I can't do this. I can do this, I just have to buy more food next week so I'm not tempted to eat out. It was so not worth the guilt.

Hi there Pammie...thanks for stopping by my new blog and making me feel welcome! Just remember...one meal does not a diet break! Look what you've done so far...five pounds off! Guilt is the part of the circle that needs to be the first to go!!! We woman have a love/hate relationship with that whole guilt thing! Just let it go! Don't feel bad...you're human. The next thing you eat will be on plan, and before you know it you will have lost another pound. Chin up! Carry on!

First, thanks for stopping by. It is always good to have someone to cheer you on. Second, so you messed up once, no biggie. Just start back tomorrow. You know that it is a constant battle and we can't win them all.

Beat yourself up about it. You are going to slip its fine as long as you dont keep slipping. Just pick right back up at your next meal. Keep going and Have a Great Weekend

Don't feel bad, we all have those days. Plus you said that you ate really good all week. One meal isn't going to jeopardize your success. I have a once a week splurg and mine is Licks veggie burgers. So keep up the good work and tomorrow is brand new day...........you actually might suprise yourself come weigh-in

P.S.- when I do eat something that is out of my norm, I actually try to work out a little extra. Tomorrow, you can go for an extra long walk or something: D

Success

You are not a failure by having a splurge.  They are going to happen.  We just get over them and move on with the next meal.  I am not saying it is license to do this all day, every day or we will go backward, but you have done well!! 

Where you at with PMS/TOM?  Might be the culprit?  I keep track of both now on my calendar so they don't sneak up on me.  I have different eating needs during those times of the month, may as well plan as good as possible, you know?
