so far so good
I have been eating well all week so far. I know it is only Tuesday, but that says alot for me. I hope I can keep it up for awhile (like forever). I am still on phen, so that helps a good bit. I had to eat out for lunch with my husband. I was going to eat a salad, but i got a grill chicken sandwich instead. I can only eat so many salads in a week. My problem is eating right. I can excise all day with no problem (okay a little), but when it comes to eating right that is my weakness! I just don't know what to eat for breakfast. I got lunch and supper down pat, but breakfast I have no clue. I know I can eat fruit, but honestly I would have to eat ALOT of them they just don't feel me up. I reckon I'll figure it out as I go. Well to top of this whole diet I got going on. My husband boss is throwing us a supper Thursday night, because we just had our 2nd child (little girl
). I'm greatful it's just that I don't want to get my fat ass in dress clothes just yet. Plus my hubby works with ALL skinny people. I hate to even eat around them. I did lose 1lb this week so far, so I have that to be proud of!!!
